Crock Pot Chili

I posted on Facebook that we were enjoying some homemade chili and I've had three requests for the here you go! I hope you enjoy it!

1 pound ground beef
1 (16 oz) can kidney beans, drained
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbs. chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
* I also added a dash of cumin*

In a skillet, cook beef until no longer pink, drain. Add to crock pot and add the rest of the ingredients. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4 hours.

Serves: 4-6
